Give a letter grade or incomplete to each student (no A+, D+, D-)

Once you have given a letter grade, no additional work for the class may be completed.

Letter grades, once assigned, may be changed only to address technical errors such as miscalculations.

You cannot revisit your evaluation of student work after submitting a letter grade.

Do not assign an administrative grade such as “W”
