HP Partner Agreement:

Online Standard: Resell products only via URL that matches your legal name. May not sell on auction sites & sales to end-user customers only.

Revenue Minimum:

$15K six months shipments for HP

Supplies (PLs 1N, 5T, UK, K6 only)

Appropriately use HP brand trademarks, messaging & marketing assets.

Online Search:

When a customer searches for original HP ink & toner, lead with HP search results.

Linked advertising on search result pages:

When a customer searches for original HP ink & toner, the search result page may not display advertising or other brand switching messaging featuring competitive products on the top or sides of the page.

HP Policy:

Must be in good standing with all applicable HP

policies
