The Challenge Given this complex and chaotic situation , the challenge is to provide a realible and automated method of determining who m is inside the building(s) along with their last known location . An other important challenge is being able to deliver this real time list to First Responders. The Solution RTS’s Personnel Accountability maintains a real time list of personnel inside the facilities (Personnel Inventory List) and those wh o have reached the muster zones (Mustered List).
