Submissions are accepted between:
September 28th – December 1st
December 1st – January 28th
Greater chance of acceptance if you submit during the first submission window

Editing process:
Meet with the editorial board to refine your submission
Sent to professors and deans of the College of Arts and SciencesHave your
mentor from Baylor
fill out a PI Approval Form
If you completed your research outside of Baylor, ask the professor who was a reference yours to sign the form.

You will receive an email within a week of your submission letting you know that we have received the submission.

If you do NOT receive such an email within 7 days of submitting:
CHECK that you really did submit (on the Jot Form)
If you did, then email Jianna_Lin@Baylor.edu
You will receive an email regarding the decision for your submission within 3 weeks of the deadline of the submission window. Slide15
