12 Up2U Pilots

Central instance vs. multi-tenancy of Moodle: Central : Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain Multi –tenancy: Hungary, Lithuania, CERNCPD feedback input to MVP (Minimum Viable Product): Inputs from the questionnaires used in all pilotsAccess to types of learning content on Moodle: Each pilot follows a similar way of access Lessons Learned from Differences between Pilot Countries13

Teachers need to find an easy way to create content in the Learning platforms A number of teachers have not included OERs into their coursesTeachers seem that do not use the statistical data that provided by Moodle Tools need to be translated to the national languages 14 Lessons Learned regarding the Up2U Platform from the various Data Sources

Most of the tools cannot provide Learning Analytics data as xAPI statements Learning Locker cannot implement complex queries for extensive data correlations A unique way to identify an Actor in the system needs to be decided among the tool owners 15 Lessons Learned from Learning Analytics

National SMCs worked on Module 2 firstly in Greece and Italy Content incorporated to Learning Scenario template Design questionnaire for collecting feedback from both teachers and studentsEach pilot country can modify the scenario according to its needs The proposed learning scenario has already started in February The classes continued in March with students involvement 16Success stories

March 2018-June 2019 Central Up2U InstanceGreece has completed the first iteration of the CPD Module 1 and 2Second Iteration started with 140 teachers from 80 schools Focus groups were created in Greece in the first two pilot classesResults from the interviews with students were based on feedback regarding the platform, content and digital competences 17 Success story in Greece

Central Up2U instanceWeekly webinars to train the teachers 13 courses created. 72 students are working with their teachers on these coursesSecurity Guidelines: flyers, webinars and Security Tuesday 18 Success story in Italy

August 2018 – June 2019 Multi-tenant Moodle setup135 schools have joined the infrastructure Two iterations completed with Online CPD Module 1 and 351 teachers enrolled 19 Success story in Lithuania
