The security code will be coming

from:

donotreply@controlpayadvanced.com.  During the initial login process, if you have entered your User Name, Password, and Organization ID and did not receive a security code, please follow the below steps:  Check Spam/Junk email folder. If the security code is going to this folder, please mark the email address donotreply@controlpayadvanced.com as not junk or safe. Below is a screen shot of the email header. Slide4

Creating and Submitting a Transaction Envelope:

A Transaction Envelope must be created to approve and store all purchases for workflow processing. To create

a transaction envelope, complete the following steps

:

On the menu of the Dashboard, click Transaction Maint and then click Transaction Envelope.Slide6

Transaction Envelope page opens.Click Add New.The Create page opens.

What

displays on the

Create

page is a drop down

list referencing

your card. In the

Actions

column, click the

Create

In

the

Employee Name field, the name should be the same name as the name embossed on the selected card.In the Envelope Name field, type a name for the envelope. Please use “YEAR, MONTH, INITIALS OF THE CARDHOLDER” for the envelope name

.

In

the

Date Selection

field, click to select Cycle, Month or Custom. Be sure to select the correct date range corresponding with the range of your transactions that require approval. The normal search will be by Cycle.

opens to enable you to search for the cycle transactions.

From this page you will:

Check the

Second Box

for each transaction to select the charges you are approving.Add a Note (Required Field) regarding the intended use/purpose for each transaction in the cycle. Once all transactions are approved, click In Envelope in the Header of the Transactions Envelope (just above the first transaction).Click Save
