How to do a back walkover
page 1
To do a back walkover you have to stretch before you do it.
And then after you stretch then you practice your bridges, now practice lifting your leg up in the air nice and straight, then do the splits in the air and that leg that is going to go up that should be one that you can kick a football or soccer ball with and if you don’t know then go and kick the soccer ball around quickly or a another way to find out it would be the leg the is straight down from the hand that you write with like if a wrote with my right hand then I would kick with my right foot or I could say leg and last of all come up nice an straight in the air with your hands up meaning that your finished that’s for a girl and for a boy you just put one hand up nice and straight. How to do a front walkover
For a front walkover you need to stretch before you do a front walkover just like a back walkover.
So to do a front walkover you need to practice doing a handstands and bridges then you need to do a handstand and then doing a handstand flip over and do a bridge then stand up after 10 seconds stand up with out not using you hands then you should have it about after a hour or 2.

How to do a cartwheel
To do a cart wheel start stretching.
Then practice do a handstand then practice doing a summersault and the floor or on a small gymnastics wedge and then bring your arms up and one of your feet and the do a cartwheel if you don’t get this the have a look on Page 8.Page 3 Slide6
How to do a round off
So to start off start stretching and then do a cartwheel and then for this you just need to land on your feet at the same time then you can practice running up then do a quick stop then a cartwheel but landing on your two feet at the same time I should actually call that a round off and try to land it.

Before you do a cartwheel you have to stretch always before
If it is your first time then let someone know in case something happensBe careful bringing your leg up straight before you start doing cartwheels
