W ilcox has over 11 years of industry management experience. He has managed at all levels and has gained exceptional hands on experience in training and managing restaurant staff . Proficient in cost management and driving restaurant sales , Wilcox is also credited with the conception and design of innovative menus and beverage standards, creative marketing programs, guest and community relations and Health Department compliance. Wi l cox will supervise 50,000 square feet of dedicated restaurants, Victorian saloons, private event dining, catering and a historic brewery.
