What is the Fast ForWord ® Program? Hello boys and girls! My name is Mama Bear. I will help explain how your brain works and how we can make it work even better.

We Exercise our Bodies Exercise makes our muscles grow strong.

Brain Exercise! This is what your brain looks like inside your head!

How Does Your Brain Work? Information travels through our brains like a car on a roller coaster. Have any of you ridden a roller coaster?

Amazing! Have you ever worked on a maze? Did you find your way out? Information travels through your brain like that.

Some Things are Hard to Do Have you ever tried to ride a bike with a flat tire? It’s hard! Some things are more difficult when our brains need exercise.

We Want Our Brains to Work Really Well! When our tires are full, it’s really fun to ride! When our brains exercise, learning is really fun too!
