Lee is a junior, he has limited use of his left hand, but can use his right arm quite well. He uses a motorized chair and is strapped into a stander for short periods of the day. He vocalizes but doesn't communicate with words, write, or use a communication device. He has been resistant to using communication devices, including the iPad and it isn't known what incentive would intrigue him to use one. Lee uses a switch to blend his food, but is fed by a support person, he is easily distracted by the activities happening outside the windows and has even skipped class to run through the sprinklers. He likes to go fast in his chair and sometimes risks running into people. Support staff goes with Lee to his regular ed classes such as math. He worked selling concessions and loved it. However, he has had extreme reactions to peanuts in the past and so he was removed from the concessions area for fear he would react to the products containing peanuts.. Trevor Ivanov. Description.
