Troubleshooting Slow response
It can take up to 1 minute for the services to be available when you arrive at the site. If you leave it idle for greater than 15 minutes, it may need to spin up again
Producing dashboards takes between 40-60 seconds
If the site is taking excessive time or appears “stuck”, try refreshing and starting over
Other errors
If you get warning that your coordinates are not within the US, be sure you have them in the right order: longitude, latitude
If you get warning like this: Unable to parse line "” remove any extra carriage returns at the end of your list of coordinates
If you get other errors, use the Contact tab to report them and we will help resolve problems<br>

Conclusion Retrieving dashboards requires three pieces of information:
year of death
unique ID
longitude/latitude coordinates for the decedent’s residence at death
Retrieval of multiple dashboards at once most efficient
