Russia new foreign policy in the region: to acquire political influence, and to bring multi-polarity, and to be the leading economic player in the region EU must intervene with faster WB integration Russia felt threatened from EU and NATO expansion that is why we have a change in foreign policy The region is of enormous importance to Russia in a economical and geopolitical perspective. The Balkans at the center of Turkey’s foreign policy The Balkans are at the center of Turkey’s foreign policy Turkey foreign policy was as a mediator in the WB and the use of “Zero problems with neighbour’s policy” New foreign policy: to influence the region with historical and cultural nostalgic and strategies, and geopolitical position and importance of the region Erdogan foreign policy Bi-regional relations between the Western Balkans and the Gulf countries The Gulf countries interest in the region has been economic, religious, political with interests on both sides.
