The CJK coordinators use the spreadsheet to distribute review tasks to individual volunteers. The coordinators divide authority records on the spreadsheets into multiple blocks, with 100 records per block; for instance, assign a block of 100 records numbered 302-401 to a volunteer, assign the following block of 100 records numbered 402-501 to another volunteer, and so on. Along with distributing (a) block(s) of authority records, the coordinators also distribute corresponding machine pre-processed records in output file(s) to individual volunteers.
