Comments We note from the Background Note and Explanatory Memorandum on the Companies
“[a] concern has been expressed to Government that a potential consequence of the disclosure requirement may be greater resort to outsourcing of the lowest paid employees, simply to improve company ratios”
This disclosure should include the total remuneration of the lowest-paid sub-contracted worker who performs most or all of his or her work for or in the firm concerned; and
Those disclosures must specify the job position or title that represents the lowest grade eligible for the minimum wage.<br>
