In 2019, DPG was hired by the MTA, $50 billion dollar transportation company, to be a crucial part of their search and diversity transformation. DGP placed the first 14 of 24 directors, several were engineering roles, in which 8 were a minority.
In 2020, the MTA selected DGP as the only search firm to fill their top 4 HR roles due to their overwhelming success in 2019 which included DGP’s speed, Diversity Inclusion, and process.
In 2019 DPG was hired by the Minority Supplier Development Council to find their next CEO and President. This search was successfully completed in less than 60 days with a diverse candidate. We want our people to be successful, not just their placement.
