Employment or Leadership Position Any full-time or part-time employment, leadership position, etc. for an entity having an investment in the subject matter under consideration or a licensing or any other commercial interest in the subject matter under consideration. 2. Advisory Role or Expert Testimony Any consulting work or expert testimony for an entity having an investment in the subject matter under consideration or a licensing or any other commercial interest in the subject matter under consideration or any payment for such an activity within a time frame of 2 years during the investigation. 3. Stock Ownership Any stock or share ownership, publicly or not publicly traded, in a corporation or fund that has invested in the subject matter under consideration or has a license or any other commercial interest in the subject of the investigation. 4. Patent, Copyright, Licensing Any commercial interests (e. g. patent, copyright, licensing) for drugs or medical products in the subject matter. 5. Honoraria Honoraria are payments for speeches, seminar presentations or other appearances. Honoraria must be disclosed if they have been paid by an entity having an investment in the subject matter under consideration or a licensing or any other commercial interest in the subject matter under consideration. 6. Financing of Scientific Research All payments associated with a research project must be disclosed if provided by a commercial or other sponsor. 7. Other Financial Relationships Gifts, compensations for travel expenses or other payments in excess of 100 Euro that are not directly related to research projects must be disclosed if they have been paid by an entity having an investment in the subject matter under consideration or a licensing or any other commercial interest in the subject matter under consideration. 8. Immaterial Conflicts of Interest Personal relationships to a person that is authorized to represent a company of the health economy; member of in connection with the report‘s subject relevant associations/professional associations; political, academic, scientific or personal interests which may cause conflicts.
