Our values – what we value in ourselves and others Our values are central to the trust. They are the behaviours that will enable us to achieve our common purpose as one trust.
The values identify how we do things within NEAT and the behaviours we expect of all individuals.
There are five core values and each value has a set of indicators to explain how individuals might demonstrate these in practice.<br>
