Does the department obtain feedback from A ) Faculty on curriculum as well as teaching - learning - evaluation ?If yes,how does the department utilized the feedback? Yes, as faculties are well aware of the current trends and status of the course. All issues related to teaching - learning – evaluation are discussed at the department meeting on the regular basis, and on the suggestion for taken improving them are placed before the board of studies for approval and implementation. B ) Students on staff , curriculum and teaching – learning – evaluation and how does the department utilized the feedback? Yes, there is a compulsory centralized online feedback system. The teacher gets informal feed backs from students on regular basis. Feedback of teachers through written grading is also taken from time to time and is reported to the department if any improvement is needed. Parents - Teacher meeting are held annually and to ensure the same tutor guardian is appointed to solve the student related issues. An issues related to teaching evaluation are discussed in a comprehensive meaner. The department analyses these reports and suggestion are corrected measures, if needed are taken. B y keep in mind t he feedback we have introduced the personal tutor system design and implemented at the current session. Here personal tutor meet on the regular basis to the students regarding the studies and have words on constantly with the parents. Department is in touch with some of the alumni through personal contacts as social network.They offer suggestion for the improvement of the curriculum as well as teaching – learning – evaluation. Sending the students to hotels for practical training is also one of the important activities included in the curriculum design by which the university strengthens liaison and Interaction with industry. 46 .
