This photograph was taken while Thomas Woznicki served as the Superintendent of the Florence County Wisconsin School District between 2009 and 2013. Thomas Woznicki is involved in litigation seeking to prevent the New Richmond, Wisconsin school district from releasing his personnel file. This document was filed with the Wisconsin Court of Appeals on December 30, 2015. The email on page 4 clearly indicates that Thomas Woznicki was asked to leave the Florence County, Wisconsin school district. Items 1 and 3 on the first page indicate that Thomas Woznicki was asked to leave the Boscobel, Wisconsin school district.
