Formation of a National qualification platform, where relevant stakeholders can have a word in preparing the Latvian roadmap to 2020;The roadmap as such, prepared based on contribution and confrontation with market and industry players and stakeholders;The endorsements of the roadmap by national authorities, that have the political and institutional instruments, which are necessary for starting BUILD UP Skills Initiatives.
