Our school is forty years old. It is quite modern building. Our school is
four-storey
building. The school holds over 500 pupils and about 60 teachers.Slide3
Where it is?
The canteen, the clock-room and the gym are on the ground floor. All pupils like to go to gymnasium, because we like physical education lessons.
The classroom for junior are on the ground floor. They look cozy. The walls are decorated with pictures and there are nice curtains on the large windows. Children feel at home here.
The classroom for senior students are the upper floors.
Our school has a library. It is on the second floor. There are a lot of new and old interesting books in it. Our library has a reading room
.
Our school has many classrooms such as English, History, Geography and Physics and others. They are big and light and each of them
has three large windows with curtains, flowers on the windowsills, a bookcase near the door, the blackboard on the wall. The teacher’s table with many books on it is situated not far from the blackboard.
On the first floor we have our assembly hall, where we usually gather to celebrate different holidays. We decorate the assembly room with
colourful
balloons, slogans and pictures.Slide4
Our school day
My school is from Monday until Saturday so we have only one day off. The school day usually runs from 8.30 a.m. until 3 p.m. The school year is divided into four terms. Kids start school at the age of six or seven and have at least 11 years of schooling.
