Informing the network about the appointed delegates and delegation;

Creating a discussion group for the appointed delegation and moderating the discussion in order to ensure good level of preparation for the delegation;

Contacting the institutions in order to provide the delegates with the needed materials and permissions;

After the session providing the delegation with information about reporting;

Making sure that the report is sent and helping out if needed;

Publishing the report of the delegation;

Follow up in terms of contacts established by the delegation during the meeting. Slide10

Observe the proceedings of the event, attend all meetings and prepare working materials if requested;

Carry out legal research in the framework of the events on the legal topics;

Attend briefings and meetings

by the Head of Delegation and report all activities carried out;

Forward all the contacts made during the event to ELSA International to ensure that the Network can benefit from them;

Give feedback to ELSA by

after the end of the event;
