Revolve Or Evolve

WHY CHOOSE IPM?“Integrated Pest Management” Overview I want to provide a vision on how most companies and organization are in dealing “Revolves” with pest control and how Integrated Pest Management (IPM) “Evolves” makes it the best option. “Revolves” implies doing the same thing over and over based on complaints and timely response satisfaction. “

Evolves” implies understanding how reducing pest issues without complaints eventually solving pest control issues by reducing pesticide usage, involving all stakeholders, and initiating sustainment tools.

Slide3

WHAT IS IPM?“Integrated Pest Management”Integrated Pest Management also commonly known as “IPM” is a common sense and a proactive approach to reducing unwanted pest by eliminating the access to buildings, hiding places, and food sources while reducing to overall usage of pesticides. Many of these opportunity areas can be accomplished by general maintenance support, organization of our inside/outside classrooms, and improving overall cleaning standards.

Slide4

“REVOLVE”Most organizations are commonly using the work order and complaint method to combat pest control. So it is customary to see the revolving habits that fit a culture.Work Order DrivenChemical Usage Immediate Response and SatisfactionPoor CommunicationNo Increased Cost SyndromeResistant to Change or Additional Involvement

“EVOLVE”IPM established our opportunity to evolve from old habits that does not “evolve” to the new process and to set up a IPM Program that is programed to change the culture of an organization.Educate Stakeholders Pick the Right Company or Have in House Employee Perform a Initial Inspections Encourage Participation Ensure You have a Schedule of Work Build Sustainable Tools and Practices Continuous Learning
