Asymptomatic , not requiring treatment Current or history of PACs If the AME can determine the pilot has no symptoms, requireno treatment,and does not require medicatio This includes PACs found incidentally on ECG. AsymptomaticPACsare considered a Normal Variant.No evaluation is required unless symptomatic or AME has concerns. ISSUESummarize this history in Block 60. B. Symptomatic OR Requiringtreatment The pilot should submit the following for FAA review: current,detailedClinical Progress Notegeneratedfrom a clinic visit with your cardiologistmore than90 daysbefore yourAME exam.
