ROAST CHICKEN WITH RICE AND MUSHROOMS
Instructions:
The finely chopped onion and garlic are fried for a while in a little oil. The cut mushrooms are added to get stewed. Then add the rice, a little red and a little black pepper and continue to fry until the rice gets limpid. Pour one and a half cup of water. Add the dry peppers, which are soaked and finely chopped in advance. Stew for a while more. Put the chicken and the mixture in a baking dish, add more water and bake for 2 hours in

BAKED PUMPKIN
Ingredients for 4 portions
:
800
grammes
pumpkin;

table spoons of honey,
1
table spoon of cinnamon
Instructions:
Peel the pumpkin and clean it from the seeds. Cut it in cubes and arrange them in a baking dish. Add some water so that it can cover one centimeter from the bottom. Spread the pumpkin with the honey and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Bake in a hot oven for 45 min. until it gets soft and brown.
