Victims are typically selected at random.

2. Hide (if you cannot evacuate) Leave belongings behind
Hide in an area out of the shooter’s view
Block hiding place entry & lock doors

4. Take Action
As a last resort; when your life is in
imminent danger
Attempt to incapacitate the shooter
Act with physical aggression - throw
items at the shooter
