Teacher Instructions:Hello Colleagues! This game is completely self run, with self advancing slides and clues starting on page 5 (after page set up). Each slide in the game advances after 52 seconds. Including set-up and point totals, the game takes about 20-25 minutes. I have noticed that some computers run slower than others so IN SOME CASES you may need to advance slides by clicking.There are a few ways this game can work:1. Students write answers individually on paper (see slide 4 “Paper Set-Up”). Consider if you will allow them to write more than one guess per slide. I like to allow two guesses so students stay engaged from the beginning. They get points in the column where they place the correct answer (see last “Total Your Points Slide”).

2. Students pair and write answers on paper (see slide 4 “Paper Set-Up”).

3. Group Whiteboard- Teams of four hold up their answers as soon as they can. Team that has the correct answer first wins a point. This game takes less time, at about 15 minutes.

The Game:In this game you will try to guess the geographical feature with the least amount of clues possible. You will be given FOUR clues. If you are able to guess the feature on the first clue, place it in the first column on your paper, second clue, second column etc.Points will be issued for correct answers: FOUR points for first clueTHREE points for second clueTWO points for third clueONE point for fourth clueZERO POINTS FOR INCORRECT ANSWERS!
