USING CENSUS APPLICATION FOIS shall host the Wagon Census Application on FOISNET and Public Network through it Web Portal and shall be accessible from 08/10/2018 for Mock Drill FOIS NET (http://10.60.200.54:50014/)INTERNET (www.fois.indianrail.gov.in)Login Credentials for each CTL for each Zone shall be circulated to ZNOs through Railway Board. Each CTL should access the Census Application and change the default password for security.

USING CENSUS APPLICATIONGeneration & PRINTING of tally sheetsEach CTL shall be authorized to print requisite number of Tally Sheets through the System Tally sheets shall be numbered and auto generatedZZZZ-DDDD-CTL-TALLYSHEET NUMBER (NR-DLI-001-01)Tally sheets shall be downloaded as .pdf files on local machine of CTLsOption shall be available for re-generation of Tally Sheets In case the downloaded file is not availableCTLs to keep record of Tally Sheets and distribute to concerned as per requirementGeneration and Printing of Tally Sheets
