developed the first accurate (correct) calendar.
This calendar was based on the cycles of the moon and had 360 days.
Why did they change their calendar?
The Egyptians changed their calendar because it was not accurate
enough.
They changed it according to the height of the Nile flood waters.
They invented “
Nilometers
” and this calendar had 365 days.
