Validate CNACI qualified Instructors Validate Instructor Vacancy Listing Marketing JROTC through Soldiers for Life Centers and Troops for Teachers Programs. Develop incentives for Instructors for the under subscribed communities. Get Bde’s actively involved in Under subscribed communities.

USACC/JROTC Directorate develop recruiting goals for Undersubscribed Brigades Est Timelines-Milestones-Objectives/revised OML/District Notified of effort Assign/hire 1 UASREC NCO/Off/ Civ /Contractor per Brigade to lead recruiting effort 180 day TDY / Contract PCS assignment Recruiter actively contacts projected retirees whose HOR is from Under Subscribed States (1 yr out/Retirement Orders) – engage on JROTC Instructor Opportunity Provide projected retirees 60 additional days PTDY to spin-up (job/location.. etc ) Recruit, synchronize and manage retirement dates, contract start and school start dates for successful transition and establishment of Program*OML – Engage District/School - Recruit - Certify – CNACI – Field Equip/UniformsInstructor Recruiting Recommendations-continued
