Slide3To register in the SAM system, you MUST first
obtain
a DUNS Number.http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform
Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) is a unique 9-digit number that is administered
by Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) and is a required data element for all registrants in SAM.
Slide4You MUST obtain an NCAGE Code as well.
You can request an NCAGE by following this link:
https://eportal.nspa.nato.int/AC135Public/scage/CageList.aspx
and follow the instructions to obtain an NCAGE.If you cannot submit this form via the Internet, you can obtain an NCAGE Code by contacting the NCB of the country where your organization is

Slide5Search BINCS to confirm the NCAGE information was received. Some countries may take several weeks to send information
to BINCS. Your registration will NOT process until the information has been received by BINCS.

After 48 hours you can register this number in SAM.
You will need to create an individual account in the SAM system. Go to www.sam.gov and Select Create an Account.
