The need to implement LEADER Program in Moldova

LEADER

program

is

an approach that offers new opportunities for rural development

needs, capacity building for development and implementation of local development strategies for the conservation of rural and

LEADER program

(Efficient use of local resources within a specific territorial areas, conducting integrated activities and creating a shared vision)

(Creation of a

public-private partnership interested in area development

(Active participation of local people in planning, decision

integrated

multi-sectoral

based on the interaction

in all sectors of the local economy, to plan and pooling problems in rural areas,
