Math and English proficiency. Successful basic skills remediation.   My preferred definition Students success is the ability of students to accomplish their educational goals in a timely manner and prepare them for the workforce .

Collaboration Technology eliminated the geographic and physical boundaries Think about how Khan Academy started https://www.khanacademy.org / Students can work in small groups wherever they happen to be. Individual pacing and sequence Technology permit the student to work at his/her pace, “Adaptive Learning”. Technology has the ability to help make those individualized ways of learning possible. Assistive Technology Its reach and impact surpasses students with disabilities to all students.

Minimize classroom interruptions and downtime.Constant improvements to student services.We use sound change management processes to minimize downtime and interruptions to our computer services. Utilize cloud based solutions where possible.Perform maintenance after hours where possible. Built in fault tolerant in all our servers and core Network equipments . Wireless is enabled in all buildings. C onduct regular classroom sweeps to proactively c orrect problems. Provide consistent computer images in labs using Deep Freeze and VDI . 24 X 7 Helpdesk.
