Meal Entitlement Maintenance
Prior to being granted any access to the Meal Entitlement Maintenance (MEM) Web sites, all users must have their CAC Certificates registered in the Certificate site.
The prospective user will be provided with a URL which will be used to access the Web environment or MEM.
The system will evaluate whether the user has been added to the User Access rosters in MEM
If not the user will be presented with an Error Message Box. The prospective user will click on the “
New User Registration Site” button .
