Group’s RemitTo prepare a 3 year strategy to develop the research support capacity of CONUL libraries.

The

group identified key

areas

around which a tool kit is being developed in the form of briefing documents.

The updating/upskilling

of research office, university management and faculty

can then be handled

by individual institutions using the briefing documents in whatever way suits.

In

addition to the resources, the group may organise events

and staff training to

for discussion and review by the group.

Two weeks have been allocated to each area for discussion. Meetings will be held whenever two areas are

finalised.
