Recruiting and Building Your MSTA Membership Presented by Susan Jones Henry Anton and Linda Rogers Nixa Public Schools Purpose of Session to share what we have done in Nixa Public Schools which is a district  with 11 buildings 6000 students and over 600 staff members to recruit and build our annual MSTA membership  From reaching new hires at the beginning of the school year to helping our local building representative stay organized we will share how we have worked diligently to increase our MSTA membership  Establishing rapport and building relationships with administration and individuals in Human Resources and Payroll is key to gathering necessary information to reach all potential members  We will share what procedures and forms we use to grow our membership and keep our MSTA organization running smoothly.
