Lucid Dreaming Can Cure PTSD!Suicidal 39 year old male was diagnosed with depression, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and alcohol dependency. He had re- occurring nightmares associated with his PSTD. This man had very traumatic events in his life and he could not sleep because of them. His treatment was to read a Wikipedia article on lucid dreaming then to practice lucidity (Lucid Dreaming).
