Try It On Your Own

When using new words, it’s important to know their part of speech so that you know how to correctly use them in sentences.

Write 10 sentences using each of the vocab words and the correct part of speech that fits the sentence you are writing. It is acceptable (in fact, it is encouraged) to use different forms of the words that appear on the vocab list.

Circle the vocab word in each sentence and write the part of speech above it.
