On 26 June 2020, the Applicant, an “eTA Project Manager” with United Nations Department of Safety and Security in New York, filed an application requesting
urgent relief under art. 2.2 of the
urgent relief under art. 2.2 of the Dispute Tribunal’s Statute and art. 13 of its Rules of Procedure seeking to suspend, pending management evaluation, the decision to terminate his continuing appointment. 2. On 29 June 2020, the Applicant filed a notice of withdrawal, informing that the Secretary-General subsequent to receiving his request for management evaluation of 26 June 2020 had granted his request for a suspension of action pending this management evaluation. IT IS ORDERED THAT: 3. As the Applicant has withdrawn the application, there being no matter remaining for adjudication by the Dispute Tribunal, Case No. UNDT/NY/2020/026 is hereby closed.
