To

access the reporting portal: Click on the REPORTS link under the TOOLS section of the left navigation.

The Enterprise T.O.P. Dollars platform provides users with access to DASHBOARD, SUMMARY, and ADMIN reports.

Dashboard Reports:

Allows users to quickly assess award volume based on criteria.Summary & Admin Reports:

Allows users to see who is actively recognizing others, actively being recognized and current award statuses across programs.

If

you have multiple roles across the programs, you can select how you would like to view the reports (see REPORT VIEWS for more details).

DASHBOARD

reports. Left to Right: Analytics, Trends and Leaderboard reports. Hover your cursor over the tile to display a brief description of the report.

SUMMARY

ADMIN

Reports. Click on any of the SUMMARY or ADMIN reports to reveal and set the report parameters. Enter a START and END date to set the desired timeframe for the report. Click RUN REPORT to launch the report. Slide7

Dashboard Reports: Analytics

Launch the ANALYTICS report to evaluate how much recognition is occurring across programs for a specific time period. Drill into specific data dimensions to reveal more information about the data.

Analytics Report Overview:

Click on the ANALYTICS dashboard tile to launch report. The Report will default to YTD.

Report display can be refined by changing the parameters: Change Your View, Filter by a Program, or Change Dates.

To click into program specific information, either click on a section of the pie chart, or click on the program name (See Next Page).

Hover your cursor over segments of the pie to reveal details.

Columns can be resorted, ascending or descending, by clicking on the arrows.Slide8

Clicking through any of the reporting elements from the ANALYTICS Dashboard report will provide a more detailed view of the program analytics for the designated time period.

The award activity will be further summarized in four more views:

Dashboard Reports: Trends

The

TRENDS report provides you with a summary of award activity over time across all programs for the designated time period. The data will be displayed in a stacked-bar format with each segment representing a program. Use this report to evaluate seasonal trends or spikes in activity over time.

Trends Report Overview:

Click to launch TRENDS report.

Report display can be refined by changing the parameters: Change Your View, Filter by a Program, or Change Dates.

After changing the report parameters, click to run/refresh the report.

Dashboard Reports: Trends Detail

Clicking through any of the reporting elements from the TRENDS Dashboard report will provide a table of all the awards that were issued for that program, during that time period. You can quickly scan dates, nominators, recipients, award values and reason codes (if applicable).

Dashboard Reports: Leaderboards

The LEADERBOARDS report quickly summarizes the Top 10 Nominators/Recipients across all programs, and related dashboard charts that display when, why and how recognition is being used by the top performers within the designated timeframe.

Leaderboard Report Overview:

Click to launch the Leaderboard report.

Report display can be refined by changing the parameters: Change Your View, Filter by a Program, Change Dates, Toggle Between TOP and BOTTOM performers, or Change the Size of the Lists.

After changing the report parameters, click to run/refresh the Report.

Click a name to view the dashboard charts for that individual.

Dashboard Reports: Leaderboards Detail

Clicking

through any of the names on either list from the LEADERBOARDS dashboard report will provide a table of all the awards that were issued or received by that individual during the designated time period. You can quickly scan dates, nominators/recipient names, award values and reason codes (if applicable).

Summary Reports: Nominator Summary

The NOMINATOR SUMMARY report provides you with an overview of active nominators across programs for designated time periods. The data will be displayed in a dual-bar format with the outer bar representing the total number of awards and the inner bar representing the total number of nominators within the program for the selected time period. Use this report to view how many active nominators are participating across the programs.

Click to launch NOMINATOR SUMMARY report.

Report display can be refined by changing the parameters: Change Your View, Filter by a Program, or Change Dates.

After changing the report parameters, click to run/refresh the report.

Summary Reports: Award Summary

The

AWARD SUMMARY report provides you with a summary of all awards by current status. The data will be displayed in a segmented bar representing 100% of total award created during the designated time period. Use this report to quickly evaluate if the awards are being processed and shipped in a timely fashion.

Clicking through any of the report elements on the AWARD SUMMARY report will provide a detailed table of all the awards with that status during that time period. You can quickly scan relevant information to determine if there are any recurring trends or gain insights about those awards.

Admin Reports: User Set Up

The USER SET-UP report provides program administrators with a comprehensive participant summary file. Administrators can quickly scan eligible participants, identify their current status (active or inactive) and eligible roles across the programs.

Admin Reports: Award Details Extract

The

AWARD DETAILS EXTRACT

report provides a convenient way to extract the details for all award records across programs for a designated time period. Administrators can quickly scan, sort or pivot the information in a variety of relevant ways, or merge information with other data to create custom reports for presentations.

User

Set-up Overview:

1.Click the desired report to launch a AWARD DETAILS EXTRACT report.

2.Enter the START and END dates for the desired date range.

3.Click RUN EXTRACT button to initiate the report.

4.Either OPEN the file to view, or SAVE the file to your computer.

5.The report will generate a .csv file of all available data fields.
