Put your bare foot on the sheet, your heel must touch the wall . Trace one line at the very end of your foot . Remove the sheet and measure the length from the edge of the sheet to the line you traced . We recommend you to perform this operation for both your left and right foot ( as we all have one foot longer than the other) and to take in consideration only the greatest measured length .
