Navigating Your myAccess Account
Slide2To access your account go to the Disability Center’s website;

Accessing Your Account
Slide3Each semester you will be prompted to read and electronically sign any required forms for the Disability Center. Click on one of the forms and all forms will display. Review the content and type your name at the bottom of the screen verifying that you have read and understood the information.
Required Semester Forms
Slide4SMS (Text Messaging)
is an available feature that you can activate to receive text messages from the Disability Center regarding upcoming appointments and your accommodations.
You have the option to turn the feature on or off at anytime (the Disability Center staff do not have the ability to do this for you).You must enter a valid cell phone number to be able to receive these messages.You can also update your preferences by clicking on the “Update Preference” button in the green SMS (Text Messaging) box on the top, left-hand side of your account. Slide5If you would like to request additional accommodations other than the ones you
have already
established with your Access Advisor you will need to complete the ‘Accommodation Plan Modification Request Form’.Your Access Advisor will review the request once it’s been submitted. If a follow-up appointment is necessary, they will contact you and schedule a time to discuss the request. Accommodation Plan Modification Request

Mailbox” tab
is where a copy of all emails sent to you by the Disability Center will be stored. The communications in the log include your Accommodation Plan, upcoming appointment reminders, communication regarding specific accommodations, etc. My Mailbox
Slide7There are two types of Information Release Consent forms that you can complete (if applicable).
Learning Center Release - Undergraduates
can apply for one-on-one tutoring through the Learning Center. If this applies to you, you will need complete the Learning Center Release of Information Form.Information Release Form is for a parent/guardian, spouse, Academic Adviser, or other person that you wish to grant permission to regarding your accommodations.Be sure to include the following information: Full name of person you are allowing permission toAddress
Phone number
Any specific details related to the nature of the permissions given.

The ‘My Eligibility’ section lists all of your approved accommodations.

The ‘List Accommodations’ section lists all of the classes for the current semester that you have generated Accommodation Notification Letters for.
Slide10Exam Access, Alternative Formats, & Note-Taking Assistance
These sections will only show in your account if you have accommodations in those categories.
Slide11My E-Form Agreements
The ‘My E-Form Agreements’ section is where a copy of the required forms that you reviewed and electronically signed at the beginning of each semester will be housed.
Slide12My Signup List
The ‘My Signup List’ section is where any available signup forms are located (e.g. Parking Accommodations, Reduced Course Load Accommodations, and Requests for a Course Substitution).
