Adobe 10/2/2017 AZNet II Steering Committee 6 Adobe Survey Results: Overall survey satisfaction with Adobe ranked 80% 77 Agencies responded to the survey out of 129 Survey Feedback Stats: 58% of feedback stated how happy they are with the Adobe products and program 19% of feedback stated they want/need Adobe training 16% of feedback stated they want more communication on the products and program 10% of feedback stated they were unhappy with the products or program Adobe Survey Intro: We have began Year 3 of our Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise Agreement ASET sent out a survey on Adobe software August 24th to receive feedback

Adobe Continued 10/2/2017 AZNet II Steering Committee 7 Next Steps: We are re-negotiating price and products based on the survey results. We will be communicating all Adobe agreement information within FY18 before we sign the next agreement. Things we are considering: What’s important to each User/Agency/Division and incorporating it into the next EA. Ways to gain more costs savings in the next agreement. In addition we are working with Adobe to schedule on-site training sessions and web-based training on specific State user needs, as an example Adobe e-Signature. We have also been able to create standardized templates so our offices can quickly develop reports and other documents that also follow the existing brand standards for the agency. It has truly been a benefit to have access to these tools!
