Structures . TV advertisements have many different structures, the type of structure used would depend upon product, budget and target audience. Some adverts take the for of a documentary. For example Nike may take a sporting hero and show them training whilst wearing Nike sports clothing. . By Kelly Hiscox. FRONT PAGE . I . attracted by target audience by using exciting colours on my front page. The party scene created by editing in Photoshop gives the magazines cover an exciting feel for the audience and the array of colours will make my magazine visible to young people who are browsing in the shops as it will stand out to them. I also attracted my audience using my image by the placing of props and actors, the location of the hand directs the audiences attention towards the title of the magazine, which the name of my magazine is also suitable to the genre of the magazine which my audience would be aware of. The title was placed in a white font which is clearly visible against the background image, also as it is in capital letters to make it the most important piece of text on the page. . Images.. The images I used in my magazine represent the social group that my target audience fall into. . The image of the boy represents what kind of boys my target audience may be interested in, and as he is the same age he fitted well with the type of person I wanted as a model. Also, the way the boy is dressed is a very popular style at the minute and very fashionable. He is posed in a serious way with a serious face on because, as my target audience is teenage girls, it doesn’t really matter whether his personality shows through in the images as the females will care mainly about how he looks. . Assessment 2. Part 2 – Justifying your work. Task:. Using Microsoft Publisher you will create 2 magazine covers. Both covers will be for the same magazine; however each cover you make will have a different target audience. . By Clara Rodrigues . Front Cover . As my target audience is a young audience, they are into the new music and always know what’s new and they always know what’s number one so by having “90 biggest singles of 2013” at the front of the magazine, this attracts my target audience straight away, and will make them want to actually know what the 90 biggest singles of 2013 are. And also I made my price a low price of £2.00 as my target audience are teenagers to young adults who are still in school and are un-employed. The use of sub-stories attracts my target audience because it talks about other famous successful R&B artist and a glimpse what the magazine will be writing about them.. For our audience feedback we wanted to target our target audience as they will be the people who will be watching our film the most, so therefor their feedback will be invaluable. Our target audience is males aged from 18 – 30 as we feel the sci-fi side to our film will appeal to them. Furthermore, we wanted a romantic element to our film so it would appeal to females as well. Additionally, we thought we would target a working class audience as we have an element of the poor against the rich in our film which could appeal to a working class audience. So we decided to get feedback off both males and females, so we could get a balanced view. . Segmentation Categories. . Buyer Status Segmentation. . Purchase Rate Segmentation. . Target .
