Recognizing someoneTo recognize someone, begin by selecting his or her name from the
pre-populated list or use “search for colleague”
You can choose to recognize multiple
individuals at a time,
e.g., for a team
achievement.
If team members have differing award amounts, they must be recognized separately.

Choose the award reason that best matches the actions/behaviors
demonstrarted
The
optional Award Advisor
can help determine the appropriate award level to recognize the employee’s contribution.
To use this feature, respond to the questionnaire and follow the prompts. At the end, you will have the opportunity to select the recommended award level, or choose a different award level.

Choosing an Award levelOn the “Choose Award” page, you will be prompted to select an award level and provide details why the recipient is being recognized.
Based on the award level, your award nomination may be routed for manager
(
or higher-level) approval.

To ensure global equity, award amounts are automatically adjusted to enable recipients to purchase approximately the same goods/services with the award in their local country, regardless of where they live.Slide7

Award redemptionOnce the award amount is approved (if necessary) and processed, recipients are notified by email of their recognition, along with a link to details on how to redeem their award.
Cash awards are saved in the recipient’s awards account and can be applied, fully or in part, to purchases as hundreds of global retailers at any time.Award amounts are valid for one year.
