On-Demand Reports – Preliminary results available during the testing window.Longitudinal Reports – Results loaded to the system for districts to analyze trends and patterns over time.Data Exports – Downloadable exports of on-demand or longitudinal data at an organization level.
Published Reports – PDF versions of final paper reports available to districts a few days prior to paper delivery.

Role-Based Access for Users
Role-based access for districts, schools, and teachers keeps student information secure. District users will have access to all students in their district.School users will have access to all students in their school(s).
Teachers will have access to only their students (via reporting groups). Teachers should be assigned the Test Monitor / Data Entry user role in PearsonAccess Next.
