Every $1 invested in after school programs saves taxpayers $3 (America After 3)15M children and youth are unsupervised after school ( www.afterschoolalliance.org , 2009) Limited off base programs for teens8.9K of families impacted by deployment 110K youth served daily in our Youth Programs Identifying the Need Foundations for Futures
