Li Wu, J.D., Ph.D. Dr. Li Wu is the president of the Beijing F&S Intellectual Property Ltd.. He practices all areas of intellectual property law, with a special focus on patent prosecution and litigation. Dr. Wu is a member of the All-China Patent Attorney Association, and he is also a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Prior to practicing law, he had been doing research in the field of Neuroscience for more than ten years, focusing on the function and regulation of ion channels. Dr. Wu earned his J.D. and Ph.D. (majored in Neurobiology) from Columbia University (New York , USA) in 2007 and 2004, respectively, his M.S. from Chinese Academy of Sciences (Shanghai, China) in 1998, and his B.S. from Nanjing University (Nanjing, China) in 1994. He is a patent attorney registered before both the State Intellectual Property Office of China and the United State Patent and Trademark Office; in addition, he is also an attorney at law admitted in Massachusetts, USA, and is qualified to practice in China.
