Case Closure

* Client has been working 90 days

* Stabilized and doing well on the job during the supported employment phase

* No additional services needed or required * Client agrees to close the case

Follow up

* Some clients require long term follow up

* Supported employment through approved Community Rehabilitation Program Centers

* Work Investment Opportunity Act (WIOA) requires one year post closure follow up
