(NOON) XECUTIVE SESSION: es#342/07 Adjournment Moved by Councillor Norby that the Regular Council meeting temporarily adjourn and Council sit in Executive Session. CARRIED es#343/07 Reconvene Moved by Councillor Willis that the Regular Council meeting reconvene from Executive Session. CARRIED Res#344/07 Land Sale Moved by Councillor Linaker that the offer of Lorne and Rita Hutzel, dated September 10, 2007, for the purchase of a portion of lands in the subdivision on Bela Drive is hereby accepted on the condition of MPC approval of an amended subdivision plan and on the condition of the portion of consolidation of the portion with the title to Lot 3, owned by Mr. and Mrs. Hutzel.
